The National Space Program Management Office (GGPEN) was established to manage and oversee the development of the National Space Program. Supervised by the Ministry of Telecommunications, Information Technologies and Social Communication (MINTTICS), it is a public legal entity with its own legal personality and administrative, financial, and asset autonomy.
